Sabrina's Journey From Beginner To Real Estate Genius
My investing journey began when my hours at a coding job of over 10 years plummeted from 60+ a week to a mere 10 due to unforeseen circumstances. I felt completely helpless, not knowing how I was going to provide for my son. In that desperate moment, I realized I had to seize control of my life and future, refusing to rely on an employer. My determination was not just for myself, but also for my son, who was only 9 months old at the time.
But there was one massive hurdle: I knew nothing about investing or where to start. The gap between where I was and where I wanted to be seemed insurmountable. So, I embarked on a relentless quest for knowledge, seeking mentors and individuals who had already walked the path and could share their wisdom.
I dove into countless resources, networked tirelessly, and absorbed every bit of knowledge I could find. Eventually, I found my mentor. From that point on, my life was transformed. No longer did I feel helpless; instead, I was empowered, armed with the tools and mindset needed to succeed.

Having faced that very fear, I set out to transform the lives of others burdened by the same obstacles I encountered in my early stages of real estate investing. I made a promise to myself and others that I would do everything in my power to guide as many people as possible using the same proven strategies I used to go from beginner to flipping millions worth of property. I own multiple rentals in-state and out-of-state, started an Airbnb, completed house hacking projects, and hold a real estate license in two states.
This dedication and wealth of experience culminated in the creation of Maples Academy. Our academy is brimming with the knowledge I've gained from my mentors, proven strategies I've honed through personal experience, and a network of over 500 individuals all sharing the same goals and passion: dominating the real estate game.
